Audit trail in TeamSite?

Hi,

Is there any audit trail log in TeamSite (e.g. who edit what at when)? Assuming there is no Report Center module installed.

in terms of edits the submit comment field should be used always, that way as you look at versions you see what was done. in addition versions auto shows who made the modifications and when, great for auditing ootb functionality.
