6.5 SP3 restores to 6.7.1

Hello. We are on the Windows platform. We have image snapshots of the store made with our backup software. I have restored those back to the same 6.5 server and the store seems to load just fine.

We have attempted to restore this same image to a 6.7.1 test server. However, the store ends up looking empty. In the trace log, I did find these:

"Error...TMatafile::Read, file=<>"Win32 error: "

That same error occured for "ID_" as well.

The other error that appeared for both "ID" and "ID_" is:

"ID file T:\backup\iw-store\workflow\ID invalid (-1,-1)."

So, should this work?

We thought so when we learned that we did not have to perform an iwmigrate from the 6.5 store to the 6.7 store.

Any help is much appreciated.
