Blank message content after saving Outlook message to Filsite

We are using FS 8.02.98 on Client PC

When people drag their Outlook messages from Outlook 2003 SP3 (sometimes in HTML or RTF) to relevant FileSite folders its messages contents are gone (empty) and I can only saw the message header.

Meanwhile , I had check these messages and everything was fine before dragging-into Filesite folders..

Any ideas?

is there some sort of email archive system in place prior to dragging the emails to filesite? i've seen if the email is archived prior, it will strip the message out until it is retrieved again from the archive system.
