Setting a custom field on new version.

Hi,

we are using Filestie 8.2.

Using the SDK, when someone copies a version of a document from our Active database to our Knowledge database, I set the CUSTOM25 profile property of the Knowledge document version to true. I've named this Boolean field "Promoted". It lets the users know whether they have already copied it or not.

The problem is, in Word, when a user creates a new version from a document where the previous version's CUSTOM25 field was set to True, then the new version will default to True also.

Is it possible to set this CUSTOM25 profile field to False, for a new version? Perhaps a registry setting or VBA or using the scripts.
