TeamSite Server Issues

Our corporate TeamSite server is having issues, and I can't make any sense of the warning it is spamming our System Log.

Here are the technical specs of the server itself:
Platform: Windows 2K3
TS Version: 6.7.1
OD Version: 6.1.1.0.0

This is the message I receive from the System Logs before the process crashes.

ccPurgeCache is about to crash because CcUninitializeCacheMap was not called on address.

Any ideas? I couldn't find a thing in the Tech Library.

What else do you have running on this server? I don't think "cc*" messages are necessarily related to TeamSite. They might be related to "ContentCenter" - but they could just as easily be related to something like "ClearCase". And if the messages are going into system logs (as opposed to TeamSite logs) - it is even more likely that they're coming from something other than TeamSite.

The source of this error was from iwfsd, which I'm assuming is from Interwoven. I couldn't find any information on iwfsd. Sorry if I didn't include this information sooner.

Contact Support asap. You may have problems with the IWOV VFS / OS permutation.
Microsoft CcXxx is a Collection of Windows low-level (kernel) Cache Manager Routines used by File System Drivers.

The Y: drive is there, but you cannot access it and it has no information such as drive size and free space that should match the partition it is mapped to.

It sounds like I need to contact Support rather quickly. Thank you all for your help. Smiley Happy
