Help need Migration From TS 5.5.1 to TS 5.5.1 ??

We run into a problem after moving from TS5.5.1 to TS 5.5.2 , this is how we went through in the process we are doing a fresh install of 5.5.2 on windows environment ,We installed all the teamsite elements ,then we moved the backing store from our TS5.5.1 machine to our new server , the we did an iwidmap on the old machine which copies the SID of all the users and group in the old machine , we created the same users and groups in the new machine , then we mapped the SID. manually to allow users and groups to have the same profile as in the old machine , after all installation , we ran into this peculair problem as a user(editor,author,admin) the Teamsite allows to create DCR and save DCR , but when we try to edit the DCR or any file on the Teamsite box , it does not allow us to edit a messgage prompts "user not permitted for this operation". but as an master we are able to do all theses things including edit . have any of you guys ran into a similar problem , any fix known for this , i am hoping some on e would share their ideas with me
