I am getting the following error when I am trying to invoke iw_solution_mail.ipl

Try debugging like this: iwpt_compile ... -ocode ****.ipl; ****.ipl
My environment is TeamSite 6.7.1 on windows.
I am currently using the OOTB mailing tpl’s and it should all work as such. As per my understanding reviewer_iwmailheader.tpl calls ccmail_header.tpl which generates the email headers depending upon the owner of the user task in question. It doesn’t even refer to use_mapping_directive in iw.cfg.
