Making keywords mandatory?

Hi,

We're running MB 4.6.1 and have been asked by some users if it's possible to enforce the adding of at least one piece of keyword metadata when a file is uploaded into MediaBin. This mandatory keyword would depend on the asset so it could not be a fixed value. This is essentially to ensure photos that are uploaded have at least one descriptive word to help search for them. Similar, I guess, to the way Worksite MP can have mandatory metadata fields.

Does anyone know of a way to achieve this?

That sort of requirement is usually handled by making an insertion task for users to use containing a metadata adder primitive set up to add keywords. You can specify in the metadata adder that you want to add keywords and then select the button that says "Runtime Parameters" and select the keywords from the list of parameters.
