OT Common Search 1.1 - Clustering

Hello,

We are using OT Common Search as the search engine for Collaboration Vignette Edition 8.1. Collaboration would be configured on a multi node cluster. We would like to have the search clustered as well.  Has anyone done clustering for OT Common Search to be utilized by Collaboration multi node cluster?

As per closed ITSM ticket: 1431946 We contacted the Livelink Search Support team, they have provided some links to case studies and documents from our Champion Toolkit that deal with scaling of Content Server for searching / indexing. This will give you some background about how the Content Server (Livelink) search can be scaled for redundancy using multiple machines (not failover) and perhaps some ideas on how you can proceed with your OTCS installation.
