To autogenerate html snippet for a dcr

Hi,
I want to do autogeneration of htmls on 'onclose' event of teamsite 5.5.

On onclose event in my js i am calling a ipl using a callsever. In that ipl iam using iwgen clt to auto generate my dcr

My ipl is getting called and is returning the value to calldcrallert function.
But my iwgen clt is not executing . Html file is not getting generated.

it is giving the error as:
/default/main/BT/premigration/development/global/WORKAREA/contentupdate/media/static/wa/temp_222.html: could not create


When i am running the same clt from backend then it is executing properly but in my ipl file it is not working.

Could anyone suggest me where i am wrong and why my clt is not getting executed.

First and formost, 5.5 has been EOL (end of life) for 3 or 4 years, getting any help for that will be spotty at best. Tell your boss you must upgrade now. As it is you will probably need ot plan a couple months to upgrade (esp if you have many customizations)

Since most of the functionality works, it is highly likely that you have a permissions issue. Callservers in 5.5 run as iwui (?) user. That user may not have permission to write to the folder (or any of the parent folders) you are trying to run.

Start by opening a temp file and dumping your environment variables. Maybe one of those will point you in the right direction.
