LaunchPad 5.0.1: Couldn't impersonate user

The subject says it all....

when I try to upload a local file (after editing) I get that error.

What is happening ?

Try logging out of teamsite and logging back in again. That usually works for us.
...Sometimes I get that if I log out, then log back in under a different username.
