deletion of row on running same script again

hello..the row which is deployed to database gets deleted if i run the same script again and the same DCR is deployed without editing it..also if i edit the DCR and try deploying it, it throws a key violation error meaning my key is again used for a different row (ideally it should update the same row..right?)

Please help :-(
