Mix environtment for FileSite

Hi All,

We're currently building the new SOE with following combination:

Windows XP
Outlook 2007
Office 2003 except Outlook
FileSite 8.2 SP1 P3

Intermittent we experience with Outlook not responding when open document in FileSite.

Outlook then restarts itself and when user manually restarted Outlook they get the "Interwoven add-in" error following with the FileSite add-in was then disabled.

Have anyone experienced a similar environtment/issue ?

Hello, I have experiences similar problems, in different environments never mixed as yours, check the following:

- Is Microsoft Word default Email Editor?
- Is Microsoft Outlook security level set to High?

A temporal solution can be deleting the normal.dot, but it will appear again.
