Please contact support so we can open a case and get example files. As you may have guessed this is not the usual behavior!

Contacted support and got unexpected reply that is MediaBin does not support YCbCr colorspace.JPEG compressed TIFF’s colorspace are automatically convert to YCbCr it seems. But with MB4.6.1, AGS2.1&SQL Srv TIFF were able to upload , download without any problem after upgraded to MB4.6.1, AGS2.1&SQL Srv started giving problem. I can’t see any meaning in upgrading. Any suggestion?
Thanks

Sorry, I was having difficulty parsing the last statement. What was the last version in which it worked? Are you saying it worked in 4.6.1 and not 4.6.2? The version of AGS and database are not relevant.
Thanks,

Hi Lyman Hurd,
Thanks for the reply. Sorry, i mistyped.
It was working with MediaBin 4.6.1(SQL Server 2005,AGS 2.1) and upgraded to MediaBin 4.6.2(SQL Server 2005,AGS 2.1) after that not able to upload.
Thanks
