Deploying Nested DCRs using DataDeploy

Hi
I am uploading a DCR inside another DCR. Now, when I do datadeploy for the main DCR, the uploaded DCR's metadata should also be loaded into the database(Two DCR's could be from same or different DCT). Can anyone suggest me any way to do it please.

If you touch a second DCR through editing the first DCR - you need to make sure that both DCRs are within your file list for the deployment, which generally means you have to write the process to parse the contents of your DCR to find references to any other DCRs (or images, or whatever) and make sure that all those references are also included in the file list before you invoke the deployment.

If this is being done as part of a workflow process (which is usually the case) - it's actually better to do all this parsing in the workflow and make sure that all the referenced files are added to the task, then when you call your deployment script you just create a file list from the files associated with the task (instead of parsing the DCRs then - because you've already done so)
