When I look at the task manager for windows server on which TS6.7.1 is installed, iwserver.exe process takes almost 25% memory space. Why does it take so much of space ?
Pls explain.

The TeamSite server takes a lot of memory bandwidth. You'll need a good performance cpu and lots of RAM to have effective use of TeamSite. There is a guide on what types of hardware you would need for TeamSite in the installation guide. And they are not like Microsoft where is says you can run Windows XP in 256MB or 512MB, but more reasonable.

iwserver is essentially an object database, containing all the assets and extended attributes as well as the relationships between branches, workareas, and editions. To achieve good performance, iwserver implements a cache, which accounts for the large process size.
