I'm looking at a 6.2.0 Patch 1 Solaris installation and I see nothing called "od-properties" in either ODHOME/conf or ODHOME/etc.The closest I see is ODHOME/etc/adpcfg.properties (for configuration of deployment adapters).

Root tag is for this xml file. This file provides deployment info.
I have never configured a files with "od-properties" as root tag.
xml file in conf folder usually has "deploymentConfiguration" as root tag.
Can you pls explain this file ?

Thanks
