installation is easy. 4 hours, maybe a little more.

Implementation is tough, can be a few weeks, can be years. It is branching architecture, templates, workflows, deployments (design code test), integrations, and about 100 other things. Requirements before you do any of the above are always a good thing

Installation is pretty quick, relatively. It takes about an hour to install TeamSite, but you might want to do some preparation before installing TeamSite such as setting up customer webservers, setting up databases for reporting/searching, setting up OpenDeploy if you plan to use the workflows with deployments.

Implementation is more after you have installed TeamSite. You would need to define the workflow, decide about branch/workarea security, design/develop datacapture templates, design/develop presentation templates, integrate with third party software, etc....
