TeamTurbo not able to find mapped drive
bturns
I've just installed TeamTurbo both the WAS piece and the TS piece. I've created a mapped drive from the WAS box to the TS box. However, when I try to set up a sandbox i keep getting an "Teamsite Mount Point is not valid". I've verified that I am using the correct drive letter. Anyone seen this before? Not quite sure how to debug there doesn't seem to be any commandline tools that I can run.

This isn't a TeamTurbo problem. This is almost in all cases a permissions issue between WAS and TS. WAS needs r|w|x access to the mapped TS drive in order for sandboxes to be created. Once you've verified all the permissions are correct then install TeamTurbo and it should work fine.

Thanks. I will try this. I did not change the WAS service to run as the appropriate user until after I installed Turbo. What else do I have to do to make sure the permissions are correct. Right now I am:
- mapping the drive as a domain user that has rwx access to teamsite drive
- running the WAS service as said domain user.
is there anything else i need to set to get the perms correct? By the way this is all on NT.

I would just verify from the WAS box that you do have r|w|x by editing a file via the mapped drive. If this is the case, and you still get an error please send me the error description. Also, if your WAS doesn't have an Internet connection you could get an error--there's a workaround for this on support--but the easier way is just to make sure it has one.
Good Luck
