Hi All,we are currently using TeamSite 6.1 on Solaris 8 platform.we want to now upgrade to Teamsite 6.7.1 SP1. I think Solaris 8 platform is no longer supported to TS6.7.1 SP1. So we need to move on to Solaris 9 platform. but we can't directly upgrade from TS6.1 to TS6.7.1 SP1. So first we need to upgrade to TS6.1 SP2 then again upgrade to TS6.7.1 SP1. Even after upgrading to TS6.7.1 SP1, need to migrate the backing store using iwmigrate CLT. we are planning these activities first on development box then after that on Production. before doing this activity we want to Copy the existing Production backing store to dev box and do all the activities. As iwmigrate CLT takes considerable no.of days, we want to avoid running this CLT on production. So can we copy the already migrated content store from dev box to production box or still we need to run the iwmigrate CLT on production ?Please help me in this situation .Thanks.
Thanks fish for your valuable suggestions. That is really very helpful in upgrading all my environments to TS 6.7.1 SP1.Instead of wiping out the Dev box can we first upgrade to TS 6.1 SP2 and then upgrade from TS 6.1 SP2 -> TS 6.7.1 SP1, I think this path is supported. What is your suggestion here?because nobody will agree to wipe out the TeamSite and do fresh install. Thanks
