Relator CCE not working in content workspace

Hi, 

We are using WEM 8.1 SP1, when we try to open conent having Relator (or Relator CCE) the "Add Rows" link is disabled. When we select anything in relator widget, we just see the "Edit" link enabled, the "Delete" link is disabled. 

When we try to create a new content then the "Add Row" is enabled and we are able to add rows, bust as soon as we save the content and open it then again the "Add Row" link is getting disabled.

Let me know if someone has any insight on this issue.

Vijay,

  Do you see the same behavior with Demo Relator CCE (from CCE sample package) or is it isolated to instances of specific CTD?
