Email problem in ipl file in Workflow

Hi Team,

I am Pradeep Velpula, using TeamSite 6.7.0.1 SP1 on both Solaris 10 machine & Windows machine.
I am invoking an ipl file (which will send an email) in an external task of my Workflow.

There is no error in sending email functionality in ipl file.
But, I am not getting Email.

So, please let me know what happened actually as soon as possible.

Have you searched the forums looking for other threads about workflow emails not getting delivered? There are a number of them, and they contain information about how to debug the situation.

Check the log file and if there is any error in the E-mail header or footer that you have used, you will not be able to send the email so check in the logs.

Hope you get a solution.

There is a parameter to enable the debugging in iw_solution_mail and it outputs the mailshot to a log file. Also the error messages are printed under iwutild_cmdout logs.

You haven't mentioned at all what are you using to send email, and were you able to try the same on command prompt with success.
First try with the simplest email and then try to add features into it.
