Issues with File Formats in TeamSite Preview

Hello-
We have a user who has a Word document (macro-enabled Word document) with file extension of .DOCM in her workarea which cannot be opened for preview. We get a Page cannot be found error. Once we change the file extension to .DOC it opens fine in preview.
Our TeamSite version is 6.7.1.0.

I was wondering if anyone has had a similar issue and whether there is a list of supported file formats for the preview feature in TeamSite.

I think this is more of a web-server issue. Preview is handled via the "customer web server" (i.e.: not iwwebd) so you should check the MIME Types configured on your customer web server and perhaps search the web server vendor's documentation and/or on-line (a.k.a. Google) for information about opening DOCM files via browsers.

I'm not sure that's the case as we already had that thought. You see, when I post the document in the default website folder for browsing, the page renders and the link loads the Word document. This is without adding a MIME Type for DOCM. After adding a MIME Type for DOCM to render as DOC it works the same.

However in TeamSite, the document only renders when it has a .DOC extension. Even when adding .DOCM in the MIME Type list it not only cannot load the word document, but it also displays a Page cannot be displayed error...

inserting your server, branch, workarea, folders and filename, what happens ? That is IIS alone (or apache) without TeamSite.
