Failing that - can you be more explicit about the question you are asking?
EAs are associated with DCRs when they are created
EAs are stored within the backing store

Thanks for reply. I know about the extended attributes, but i am not sure where in iw-store the extended attributes associated with a dcr are stored.

We can define the metadata fields, which are stored ine the dcr xml file. But i just wanna to know, where in iw-store the EA attributes are stored.

why are you worried in iw-store..If you need to add/change/retreive/delete EAs then you need to use iwextattr command to perform your operation..This is very much internal to iw-store and dont think it helps from implementation stand point
