invalid password error in worksite MP 5

Hi, I am trying to run web component configuration for Worksite MP 5.0. I have installed the server and setup all configuration like cluster/CMS/index server etc. Now i installed the web component with BEA Weblogic option. After that i opened up the configuration tool i.e. http://localhost:7001/worksitemp/configLogin here provided the application name, application password, cluster name and Local Configuration Password. After that I get to next page where I am again asked the application password. But on providing the same password it says "invalid password". I tried all combination but it still doesnt work. Any help is appreciated. If i open the web component link and try logging in it says "A WorkSite MP resource required for the requested item is currently unavailable."

error message on web configuration screen:

Check if CMS is up and running.
Check if the system users are not locked out that happnes if you have restored the older database.
what is the error you are seeing in worksitemp.log

1) Check whether the database is running or not?
check out the logs in worksitemp.log file.

try to reset the cluster information on the config page and enter a new password and try loggin in with that password...
