How to generate report for deployment to a particular server using "Reports" on OD user interface ?

which OD version are you using? reporting mechanism has changed in OD620.
you have to subscribe each OD base/receiver server to OD admin to get the reports for each OD base/reciver server on OD UI.
check the OD admin guide for more detail.

Im using OD 6.1.0

1) I clicked on Reports and different options showed up. I clicked on "Custom Reports" and screen opened to enter deployment properties. I could not understand what to enter in "Name", "Owner", "status"

2) I clicked on SQL Query Report, I could not understand what to select in
"Valid Table Names", Valid Column Names

Pls explain how to create reports with example. I could not understand from PDF amnual.

1) it means you can generate the reports depending on deployment name,deployment owner etc. if you click on "generate report" button with out selcting any values,it will generate the reports with all default options.

2)in SQL reports, "Valid Table Names" it shows the names of tables which are exist in Database. "Valid Column Names" it shows the name of columns of tables depends upon which table you have chosen.

I believe the default report is something like "completed deployments within the past 24 hours" - do you have any completed deployments within the last 24 hours? Ones that actually deployed files (as opposed to running and not having any files to deploy)?

Yes, I do have completed deployments in last 24 hours. But I dont know how to get report of these deployments.

I think the first level is the information about the deployments (name of deployment, etc) from which you can either get to logs or the information about what was deployed. If you click on the name of the deployment I believe you are then taken to the results of the deployment - it's been a while since I've used the OD Admin GUI, but I'd think it would be documented.
