Need code changes for 'State/Province' list based on 'Country' selected.

snarra

I have a 'Contact Us' page, which is using .xsl files for fields in the form.

The 'Country' field has a drop-down list of countries & we want the 'State/Province' field to have a drop-down list of values based on the Country selected.

For example, if the user selects USA as the Country, then the State/Province field should have the US states drop-down list,
for Canada as the Country selected, the State/Province field should have the Canada Provinces drop-down list,
for all the other countries, the State/Province field should become a text-box, so that users can enter text.

Please find the attached 'ContactUsForm.xsl' & 'common.xsl' files which contains the code for this form.

Please provide the code to be included.
