I think "Component Guide" in this case refers to the site that gets installed automatically with 6.7.2. It's called "Component Guide" and demonstrates the out-of-the-box components with interactive examples. In my installation it's under "/default/main/component-guide/WORKAREA/shared/sites/Component Guide".

The printed details on OOTB SitePublisher components are not documented separately, but in "Appendix K" within "SitePublisher Developer's Guide Patch 1".

For clarity, I do not believe "rishi" is an iwov employee. Perhaps the above is playful banter between friends? Just want others to know that employees (hopefully) would not make comments like "My access is beyond your understanding.....".
