Generate HTML

Hi,

I had created a component in Site Publisher with an img tag with value reffered from a DCR using Datum. On a Site Publisher page, i added a single component and used Generate HTML command. However the generated HTML is not as per W3C standards.

[HTML]
For example my component XSL has the following img tag:
xyz

However after generating the HTML, it is displaying the img tag open like
xyz

[/HTML]

Has someone faced any such issue??

Try doing this in XSL of the component:

[HTML]

Thanks all, however i had changed my Page Type to XHTML 1.0 Strict instead of Transitional.
