How to add a custom button to the ephox tool bar?

Hi,

We would like to add a custom button to the ephox tool bar, when we click on it, it need to call a custom JSP.

How to achieve this? Do we have any edit live java api to do this? Or can we achieve this using the ephox config xml file?

Yes Raju, you need to modify config xml file which is part of vgn-wcm-up.war.

 

You need to add below command  in the toolbars section of xml file

 

<customToolbarButton

                                                                name="customButton"

                                                                text="test"

                                                                imageURL="/vgn-wcm-up/common/images/wcmtags/file_link.gif"

                                                                action="raiseEvent"

                                                                value="openPopup"/>

 

you need to configp vgn-wcm-up.war.

 

After that you need to make sure openPopup() function available to workspace.
