Error 20: while creating content

When a user tries to create a DCR, the user gets the following alert: "Your user information has not been found. Please contact your TeamSite administartor. Error 20." and the content is not saved. The user profile is correctly entered in tsusers.xml.

How are you authenticating your users?

Authentication is done through OS database. The same process we followed for our previous version. TS 6.1 on AIX.

Have you migrated from 6.1 to 6.7 and it is just after that, that you're facing this issue? Was it previously working on the same version?

After we moved to 6.7.1 sp1 on linux, few users have this issue.
Issue didn't exist on 6.1
FYI, we have run the iwusermigrate and iwaccessmigrate

Since such a user is able to log onto the Teamsite UI, therefore his credentials must be existent.
You can verify if that user has the appropriate permission to create and more importantly SAVE a DCR in that category folder by checking the OS permissions.
Other than that, I suspect it could be a migration issue for some of the ACL data because generally Error 20 signifies meaningless data(not sure in your case however).
