Getting the right id for content instances

Hello,

I am trying to get the ManagedObject id (ManagedObjectRef) and NOT the content management id of objects. 

What I am getting is something like ref ((V) type=cc6760da9d4bb310VgnVCM1000001e09000a____ [71f760da9d4bb310VgnVCM1000001e09000a____]) for the object id after using the method (String) locci.getManagedObjectRef().toString();  What I really want is just 71f760da9d4bb310VgnVCM1000001e09000a____.  How can I get just the object id as found in its table?

Are you trying to create an entry in relator table of content instance using API?

 

If Yes, then please look at these example code to see how the relator API is used
