Businerss users access to LiveSite

Business users need to access TeamSite if LiveSite is not being used. They make changes to required content on the template and submit it and content is deployed using OD and webpage is modified.

When LiveSite is used, business users dont need to access TeamSite. They just access website on LiveSite , make changes in runtime envirom,ent and submit the changes. so when LiveSite is used actually one more step is added in the environment. Before LiveSite, tehre was TS and deploy to website. With the use of LS, its TS+SitePublisher for developers, deployed to LiveSite using for content contributors. Content contributors modify contents and again deploy using OD to the website. So, where LiveSite is installed, there will be OD base and receiver both. Is this understanding correct ?

So the business users only need access to LiveSite and not TeamSite. right ?

SitePublisher is the Livesite development environment that is a component of Teamsite Sitepublisher is used to create the site assets, pages, sitemap, etc...

then using OD and DD these site assets and dependencies are deployed to the Livesite runtime environment.
