Is PortalContext.getProperty [1] implemented in OT Portal?

If yes where the property comes from in OT Portal?

These properties come from Portal.

The purpose of PortalContext.getProperty(String name) is to allow a portlet to verify if the Portal supports optional extensions to the Portlet 2.0 (JSR-286) specification. It is specifically used in Portlet 2.0 for determining if support for the Markup Head Element feature is available. It will probably be used in future versions of the specification (eg Portlet 3.0) for verifying support for additional optional features.

Portals indicate support for Markup Head Elements by returning a non-null value when PortalContext.getProperty(PortalContext.HTML_HEAD_ELEMENT_SUPPORT) is called. Portal currently returns null because it does not yet support this optional feature. Engineering is currently investigating if this feature can be added in a future release of the product.
