configuring apache tomcat server

i am trying to configure apache tomcat server instead of IIS.
TS 6.7.1, Wk3 server

I downloaded and installed:
1. Tomcat
2. Apache http server (domain: local, servername: localdomain, port: 81)

Now, servername:81 renders me the Tomcat page. But my apache server will not start. It gave me errors that i need to fix: Directory line in httpd.conf.

1. I changed the listen port to 81 from 80.
2. I changed the DocumentRoot and Directory to: Y:/default/main/ pointing it to the mount drive

But still I cannot get the login page. The next step would be to modify: iwproxy_remap for preview but I am not even getting the login page.

So I was wondering if someone would kindly correct me and give me suggestions!

First => install apache server and make sure it works fine by creating a test html page and see if it renders using localhost/test.html

no need to install apache tomcat

install teamsite and configure it to work with apache server ( teamsite comes with apache tomcat already which is the rending engine for teamsite web app)

take a look at teamsite installation manual to see how to install and config teamsite
