Hey, all. I'm getting some weird behavior after upgrading to TS 6.7.1 SP1. We use a .Net-powered web application to access TS functionality via the web services provided by CSSDK. Here is the process that is causing the error:
- A login page is displayed, beginSessionUsingPassword() is called and the sessionString returned on the CSContext object is stored.
- The main form of the app is displayed, beginSessionUsingSessionString() is called using the sessionString stored in the step above (this seemed to be the best way to do this instead of trying to serialize and pass around the context object)
- The second step will sometimes, about once a week, cause a "The session has expired" error
This literally happens within milliseconds of having successfully logged on via the SOAP services. If I run "iwreset -a" on the server the issue goes away and everyone can once again log in and use the application successfully. Does anyone have a clue of what might be happening? Is there some SOAP expiration value that I haven't configured properly? Here are the relevant areas of the cssdk.log file:
