Errors on Cutting an Edition

Hello,

We just experienced a disater that some of folders/files were deleted from a production branch. Most likely it's been done by programs from Interwoven, since none touched the branch at that monent. The log file didn't give any clue.
Currently we have an hourly process setup on this branch to cut an Edition. Is it possible that the folders/files got deleted by the process?

Any advise will be highly appreciated.

You do not mention your OS level or you TeamSite version.

I am highly skeptical that anything Interwoven wrote was deleting your files. The chances are infinitesimal that cutting an edition was the culprit.

Find someone who knows anything about TeamSite and they can get your files back IF they were submitted (whether an edition was cut ot not)
