Deploy XML without Preview

Hi All,
I m having website where all the wabsite code is in xml files and all the final website pages are asp's.when i update any xml file,corresponding asp get automatically updated.i am having workflow which contains approval process and then deployment.
Following things i want to achieve-:
1.Auther will update the xml file, so the associated asp file will get automatically updated.(This is current situation)
2.Author will submit only xml file and pass the link of the associted asp file through global variable when initiate the workflow.
3.Reviewer should get link of the only asp page in the mail(i.e global variable value) to preview .There should not be link of submited file(submited xml) in the mail as it will not preview actual webpage content.
4.After previewing the asp page,only submited xml should deploy to the webserver.

I Will appreciate if someone help me to achieve this.
