installing teamsite 6.7.1

hi,

we will be installing teamsite 6.7.1 on a new server ,its a new installation and i m doing it for fst time , my confusion is that in manual there are few screens which show that we need to select somtimes license location etc ,but since its a fresh installtion ,how can i give the license location?

we have teamsite stored on some other server(same version) can i copy relevant folders like "etc" from that server and select the required files(like licesne information) as per requirements while installing ,is it the correct way ?
