Saving VF field causing IE crash on TS 6.7.2
Sbardeo
Hi,
We have upgraded TS 6.5 sp2 to TS 6.7.2 on Win 2003 SP2. In some of the DCRs we have VF field as a button not inline editor. When we try to save this field or any DCR with inline VF field, IE crashes with "Unhandled Exception" error. We tried it with IE 6, IE 7 and Firefox as well.
We have also raised ticket with support and we got update from Ektron and IWOV:

Ektron:
We are not familiar with Microsoft Licensed Class Manager but the research I found show it has more to do with licensing on Active X controls. Enabling it does seem to have a performance hit in IE and disabling it seems to improve the speed of which the editor loads. The only information I could find explained that it is a DLL used to verify licenses in Active-X controls that require it for authorization.
IWOV:
I have talked with my engineer and he is unaware of conflicts with it but considering the DLL is scanning the Active-X control on load to locate a license and verify, it would make sense that it would cause a performance hit. I have successfully disabled it here without any issues arising with the editor and all appears to function fine without it.
Unfortunately, with it enabled, it will probably continue to cause performance hits to the loading of the editor because it is actually scanning the Active-X code for a license to verify.

However some of us can work with it by uninstalling Google Tool bar from IE but some of us still facing this issue even after uninstalling Google Tool bar.
IWOV support is saying about the patch which will be released at end of this quarter btu we are going live with this in Feb.
Did any one face this issue? Please help!
Thanks in advance
