customizing Teamsite GUI

Is it possible to customize teamsite GUI ..(Tool bar)
For Ex ,we have a Editfile button,View File button.If i want to create a new button for preview file ,is it possible.How to create it and associate it to preview function?

Any help wd be appreciated

I don't know about toolbar but you can definitely add a custom item in the drop down menus. All you need is a wrapper and the CGI that you will call with your wrapper.
