We are using WEM 8.1 and want to know if there are any Audit Trail tools available to track WF/CI events and to generate a report based on this using the audit trail.

I think you are talking about “Audit Events” option available under “System Console” in AppConsole. But I am looking for a Audit trail that will provide me details on who edited CIs and when and also on the workflow. What I want to be able to do using workflow are as follows:
Report on, everything about any CI changes by anyone
Report on, any approvals on a WF by which user and when
Report on, if a workflow task is waiting for approvals and since when
I mean I want to track this at content instance/workflow level for each CI or WF instances.
