We recently migrated to TS 6.7.1 SP1 on RH Linux.
We found a couple of issues on VF editor after migration. (These were working fine on TS 6.1.
1) For example, when adding the code:

http://www.something.com/subfolder/image/146105.js"></script>" target="_blank">www.something.com/subfolder/image/146105.js"></script></a> to VF editor code window and switch between WYSIWYG or click Save, the above code changes to <p>*</p><script type="text/javascript" src="FILE:\\<a href="
http://www.something.com\subfolder\image\146105.js"><!--" target="_blank">www.something.com\subfolder\image\146105.js"><!--</a> <br><br>//--></script>
2) The img tag src attribute changes
eg:<img class="some-class" width="70" height="70" alt="some image" src="//<a href="
http://www.something.com/subfolder/image/128200.gif"" target="_blank">www.something.com/subfolder/image/128200.gif"</a> /> on save or clicking preview, changes to
<img class="some-class" height="70" alt="some image" src="<a href="
http://www.something.com/subfolder/image/128200.gif"" target="_blank">
http://www.something.com/subfolder/image/128200.gif"</a> width="70" />
