Problems with the permissions in TS

I have created a Workarea (WA-1) with master role. And I 've added a templatedata dir, category dir and data type dir, but empty, without any files, just the creation of these directories. And then I gave to this WA the permissions for a group "sssGroup" and within it 2 roles, "author2" and "editor2". So I check and these 2 roles have access to the WA-1, so I think until here is correct. But then I login as author 2 to work in the WA-1, for example to create a New data record, and the author can't have access to the WA-1, WHy if i gave him access to the WA-1? So I log in again but with the other role, editor2 and he can see the WA-1 so I import a file from another WA, WA-2, where this role have no access. And the file has been imported to the WA-1 and with the permissions of my WA (meaning that the file in WA-2 has diferent permissions and once I imported to another WA, WA-1, the file is getting the new permissions) But then, the editor2 can't edit and work with this file imported. What is exactly the error? Different WA and the same file? ...
