Where to find the logs when quick search doesn't work

I need a information about quick search.
I want to know there is any logging for quick search to verify if it failed to search any image. And how to find out the cause if quick search failed
Please let me know about this.

The first most obvious place to look is MBP.log. That will report an errors returned by a search (or any other operation).

More details can be seen by turning on db.log via the Windows registry but you probably would want support's help before delving into that level of detail.
