Thanks ramcr.....

I did that one...i got all my metadata as well as extended properties on document folder caption bar along with

(Old) version Name Modified ModifiedBy

(New) version Author Department Cxontent Name Modified ModifiedBy

...but,when i am adding document to the document folder----->add--->
i am getting only base properties....like

File,NameDesc,initial version,format,Security,Tags......only

not my metada---->content,department

So do the same for the document also
Viewset>Components>document > documentImport.jsp
Edit Form drag and drop the properties from the field chooser to the form
