Can i change the Look and feel of DCT (UI), can we make it colorful instead of its standerd view? if so please suggest some ideas as well and technique. and refernece if any.

To change the FormPublisher (DCT) UI look and feel. You have to customize the teamsite UI. You should go through the customization guide of teamsite. First to understand the way of performing the customization. After that you try to perform it using

make_toolkit

.
You can focus on chapter: Customizing GUI Appearance.
To apply a change (style/css) to FormsPublisher, in all the UIs in which it appears, edit custom.css in

/web/formspub/styles
