Page Layout for adapting to screen resolution

Environment:
Livesite 3.0
Teamsite 6.7

Hi,

Is there any Page Layout possible in Livesite which adapts to the client's screen resolution or any particular page setting for doing this? If so, can anyone provide me with some pointers please. I've heard of something called a Liquid Layout but haven't got its details either.
Also, can page layout be preserved regardless of Font size?
Is there anything with regard to this that is provided OOTB by Livesite 3.0 environment OR how is it possible?

Can't tell for the latest release which has just come out, but for 3.0 there is nothing OOTB doing that. Anyway, you can create a liquid layout by adding a custom page layout to your environment.

Check the OOTB ones and the docs to understand how this works.
