Customizing tooltip in DCT

Hi,

Im trying to change font etc. in the help tooltip that appears in DCT for each field. As per the reference css given by Interwoven the following class should do the trick:

I have created a new CSS and included it for the template by configuring templating.cfg i.e. included the CSS path in cssurl attribute of viewoptions element.

But no effects. Is this a but in TeamSite or am i doing something wrong?

I have tested with other customization and it is working except this one.
