Error while submitting any file

Hi,
We are using TS 6.7.1 SP1 on Windows 2003 with AD for auth.
When ever a user submits a file he gets the error

In the logs we get the below error

[Wed Aug 27 10:37:19 2008] [error] [client 149.182.82.193] ERROR: TeamSite's install directory (I:\\iw-home) does not exist, please make sure TeamSite is installed correctly\r, referer: http://onebpcms.bpweb.bp.com/iw-cc/command/iw.ccpro.submit


But some of the users are able to submit the DCR without any issues. We have checked the permission for the user and every thing is fine.

Do you have any WF associated with your Submit which is causing this or it is happening with default submit? Also are these users acessing Teamsite through some remote desktop or something?
